At J&M, your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We use the information that you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with ANY outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. You won't find yourself on anybody's mailing list or spam server. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order, only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Information about your cycle is used to ensure that we get you the right product.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Your credit card information is not kept on-line and is discarded after your order is shipped.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our web site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our web site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by emailing email@example.com or by phone. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows an error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. We will not divert any shipments after they leave our factory.
J&M Terms Of Sale
Two-Year Limited Warranty
J&M Corporation warrants each new product it manufactures to be free from defective materials and workmanship. J&M agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the unit (at our option), provided the unit is delivered to us, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to our factory, for a period of two (2) years from date of sale to the original purchaser. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect mechanical or electrical installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, nor to units which have been repaired or altered outside of our factory.
Products purchased directly from J&M will be automatically registered to the owner for purposes of product warranty.
Our Order Process
Select the items you want from our on-line store (or by phone or fax). Our sales staff will review your order to make sure everything will work together. You will be notified if we have any suggestions or spot any potential incompatibility. In stock products usually ship within 36 hours. Some of our products (like helmets with integrated headsets) are assembled and tested in our factory before shipment. Lead times may be 1 to 5 days to accommodate our quality assurance procedures.
In any case, your credit card will not be charged until your order has actually shipped. Because all products are subject to prior sale, any discounts, special promotions or sale pricing in effect at the time you actually placed your order, may not be reflected on your initial order acknowledgement. However, those savings will be applied to your final charges. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email with final charges and an internal tracking number.
For all orders of $200.00 or more, J&M will include free, fully insured, shipping via Fed-Ex/UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post (our choice) to the 48 contiguous United States. If your order is less than $200.00, we will add the FULL cost of shipping and insurance to your order.
If you choose any other method for shipping, (or live outside of the US, in Alaska, or Hawaii); we will add the FULL cost of shipping and insurance to your order.
If you encounter any shipping damage, we will assist you in filing claims with the shipper. The carrier assumes responsibility for the order once it leaves our factory.
All orders are subject to verification of payment. If we have any problems with your credit card, we will call or Email you before we can ship your order. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. For orders outside the U.S., the buyer is responsible for customs, tariffs, VAT, and any other tax or fee levied by government agencies in the buyer's country.
Out of Stock Products
While we do our best to keep up with our dealers and retail customers, during the peak riding season, we occasionally run out of our hottest selling products. We will ask you how you wish to handle back orders if one of your selected products is not in stock.
For refunds and/or exchanges within 7 days of receipt, product must be unused, in its original packaging and be included in our current product line.
No refund or exchange will be honored outside of this 7 day window as all sales are final.
All returns must be pre-authorized using the J&M RETURNS form access button below, along with a completed and printed copy of the J&M RETURNS document inserted into package prior to shipping. (J&M RETURNS document will be sent by email immediately following on-line information entry)
Products for return or warranty service must be shipped pre-paid to our factory in Tucson, and include applicable proof of purchase and/or sales receipt.
